Join us on March 9th at our headquarters for an exhilarating parade marking the commencement of early voting, a pivotal step towards shaping our community's future. As we embark on this democratic journey, we also celebrate National Women's History Month with fervor and admiration. Join our Women For Betty Event, an ode to the remarkable contributions of women throughout history, as we honor their resilience, achievements, and ongoing struggle for equality. Let us unite in solidarity, recognizing the power of every voice and the importance of collective action in driving positive change. We look forward to your presence and participation in this momentous occasion.

EVENT DETAILS

Parade Route: Starts at M.L .King and East Street in Wossman High School Parking Lot. The parade will proceed on MLKing to Winnsboro Road to Parkview to Temple to Fifth Street and ending at 809 Winnsboro Road. The Women for Betty Rally will begin upon arrival at 809 Winnsboro Road. Music by ULM'S New Orleans Style Second-Line Brass Band, Dance group, along with Horseback Riders and Sling Shots Club, and more. Come and second-line with us in this neighborhood parade to Betty's Headquarters.

Free Hot Dogs and beverages at the rally.

Free transportation for early voting from Betty's Headquarters after the rally.
